A potentially hazardous object or area (such as an unfenced body of water, an abandoned building or vehicle, a piece of machinery, etc.) which may attract children or animals on to a property, thereby constituting a risk to their safety, and a liability for the owner of the land on which they are located; (in extended use) any attractive but dangerous person or thing.
