The Mulready envelope was introduced at the same time as the Penny Black stamp.
Highlights were a Mulready from 1840, a ‘Weekend Telegraph’ used in 1918, a handwritten signed letter from Don Bradman (with other cricket thematic material) as well as the recent 24p GB Forgery used on cover.
To complete this wonderful section, we have a Mulready 2d envelope dated 1st March 1841 addressed to Tobago in the West Indies.
