5GRAMMAR 语法
The form near is not often used as an adverb without to, except in the phrase quite near. near如果不和to连用一般不用作副词但短语quite near除外
The school is quite near.

However, the comparative nearer is often used as an adverb. 但是它的比较级nearer经常用作副词
The sound got nearer and nearer.

The form near is not used with this meaning before a noun. Use nearby instead. near表示这个意思时不用在名词前。名词前用nearby

You usually use near as a preposition. You say:
The hotel is near the airport.
You can also say:
The hotel is near to the airport.

Don’t say: near from the airport
Near is not usually used on its own as an adjective. You don’t usually say ‘The village is near.’ You usually say:
The village is not far away.
You use nearby before a noun:
We went to a nearby park.
Don’t say: We went to a near park.

My house is nearer.
You can use nearest before a noun:
They headed for the nearest beach.
