(1959-) a British nutritionist, television presenter, and writer. She presented the Channel 4 television programme You Are What You Eat in which people are helped to lose weight and follow a more healthy way of life. Her books about nutrition have been very successful and she also sells healthy food products. However some people have criticized her suggestions and say that they are not based on scientific evidence.
